In fact our customers are telling us that our labour rate (over 50% less than some main dealers) and parts prices are extremely competitive for the prestige and sports cars we work on.
Just because you own a prestige car, German car or a sports car it does not mean you want to pay astronomical prices for servicing or repairs. We recognise this and have built a reputation as a German car and prestige car specialist, so you can be rest assured that at Autotecnik  stamp in your service book has credibility and will be recognised when you come to sell your vehicle.

HONEST ACCURATE ADVICE - WITH NO NASTY SURPRISES


We are committed to providing unprecedented levels of high quality vehicle service. We do not want to see you just the once, we aim to make you and your car a friend for life.
To achieve this goal we work only to fixed price servicing menus and our prices include all labour parts and VAT.
Rather than dishonestly changing parts that are not fully worn out we will simply advise you when they will probably need replacing, based on the way you use your car. However should we identify any additional work that requires immediate attention then we will contact you first to inform you of our observations and to quote you on a price for carrying out the repair. No additional works will ever be carried out to your car without your prior authorisation and any parts that need replacing will be of the same quality as those that were originally fitted on your car. Therefore when you come and collect your vehicle you will know exactly where you stand. No Nasty Surprises.

NEW CAR OWNERS


Block exemption means that your manufactures warranty will not be made invalid if you bring your car to Autotecnik for servicing.
Thanks to the recent changes to European Union (Block Exemption) legislation you no longer have to miss out on the Autotecnik  brand of service for fear of invalidating your vehicle warranty. We can now perform your required or necessary maintenance services whilst your car is still under its factory warranty. We will stamp your service book and use only factory approved parts and lubricants. Should a defect be discovered that falls under your new car warranty we will inform you of this, note the problem on our service invoice, we will even call, explain the problem and book an appointment with the new car dealer on your behalf
